1. Before shipping, the goods will go through a QC (quality check) process first.
2.  We will not ship damaged or used goods.
3. We have packed the goods safely. But buyers are allowed to order extra packaging if they wish.

Complaints & Returns:

1. Please do an unboxing video before ending the order
2. Complaints without unboxing videos and proof photos will not be accepted.
3. If the buyer wants to return or replace the item after the order is completed, the shipping costs will be fully borne by the buyer (can be discussed further for details).
